We want you to love what you ordered. Please note that all our creations are final sale, and we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage you to review all product details, sizing, and specifications carefully before placing your order, as each piece is thoughtfully crafted to our exacting standards.

RETURNS
All my products are handmade with love, so each piece is one of a kind. Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.    For example, shades may vary within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens. Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

In case of any alterations required for garments shipped internationally, both return and re-shipping courier charges shall be borne by the customer. We request customers to ensure at least one trial for accurate fitting as per their measurements. This policy does not cover any damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random causes, including misuse or normal wear and tear of the product.

TAXES & DUTIES
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

In fact, many of the karigars currently working with the brand belong to the same families who worked at Vaid’s mother’s atelier. Through the brand’s designs, the duo’s creative aesthetics combine with the artistry of these karigars resulting in intricate pieces.
