Yes, we do accept AMEX CREDIT CARDS only. For security purposes, an internal upper limit has been issued on the number of international transactions fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner, which differs from time to time.
We deliver most of our orders within 3 to 4 weeks for domestic orders from the date of ordering. But international deliveries vary depending on where you are ordering from.

No there are no additional charges for the exchange of the same garment for a different size. But taxes will vary if the style is exchanged which is dependent on the price of the garment selected.

If you would like a different size in the same style that you have purchased, not a problem at all! Just send the garment back to us (unused, unworn, and with the original tags intact) with instructions on the size you would like and we will send the correct size right back to you.
Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. We don’t charge anything extra for basic length alterations, however, if the piece requires to be entirely customized, the customization charges vary from Rs. 500 to Rs.1500.
While selecting the garment we have a “custom size” option where you can enter your own measurements so that we can make the garment as per your specification.
Customizing one’s garments requires correct measurements. There are a few easy steps to follow to measure one’s self. Please go through our “How to Measure” page before taking your measurements. Do take measurements over thin garments, keeping the tape level, close to the boy but not tight. You will need help with your measurements especially across the back shoulder, armhole, bicep so does have someone else take your measurements for you, it will be more accurate.
